Outdoor Functional HIIT Training

Combines different sets of full body strength exercises with high intensity sections to burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and bone health. We take advantage of the city’s environment like stairs and benches to increase intensity and give extra challenge to your body. This program is based on THE REP EFFECT, a proven formula that exhausts muscles using light weights, while performing high repetitions – this is the secret to developing lean, athletic muscles.

Personal Training

My goal is to make you love yourself and feel confident. During my personal training sessions, I combine different techniques and exercises to develop a plan that fits your personal goals and ambitions.

My passion is to reinvent the way men and women feel about sports, and help them enjoy pushing their limits, learning that they can do things they thought they couldn’t, guide them towards achieving their personal goals and make the feel more powerful, confident and happy. The best reward for me is seeing the astonishment on faces when my students feel the progress they made and feel proud of themselves.

Bodyworx Super Mum’s

Do you want to have some time for yourself to get back in shape and burn these extra kilo’s? No gym and babysitter needed. 🙂 Join my Super Mum’s Bodyshape classes at Tembo Family Club and leave your kids to play in Tembo Care.

During this class we especially focus on engaging the pelvic floor, inner abdominal muscles and thighs – as well as working on your endurance and general strenghts thanks to functional exercises. 

Do you prefer to workout at home? No problem at all. We can also complete the fitness session in your home. What is required for that? Just enough space to fit a yoga mat 

Bodyworx Super Mum’s

Do you want to get back in shape but you don´t necessarily feel comfortable going to a gym or leaving your kids alone? Don’t worry, join my Super Mum’s classes at Tembo Family Club and leave your kids in the hands of the Tembo team while you are working out. I offer specific fitness toning sessions that are focusing on post birth rehabilitation and work on specific zones you might want to tackle – the pelvic floor, inner abdominal muscles and thighs – or whichever you believe is beneficial for you to work on. We work in small groups so there is no hurry and enough time to correct exercises for each one of you. Do you prefer to workout at home? No problem at all. We can also complete the fitness session in your home. What is required for that? Just a bit of space to fit a yoga mat 😊

TRX HiiT

During the TRX Training, also known as total resistance exercises, we use the TRX rope that allows us to perform suspension exercises against your own body weight.

By using the TRX´s you will build endurance, strength, balance and flexibility.

TRX lets us combine conditioning exercises with short HIIT interval sequences, which will increase our heart rate, which in turn will help us burn more fat! Doesn’t that sound brilliant?

Core&Glutes Cruncher

Six pack in progress! Do you want to shape your Legs and Glutes and create a strong core? Then this workout is for you!

During this class you build up the lower lying muscles of the Core, to create a strong muscle bed from the inside out, build up obliques and inferior Abs, as well as stabilising the back muscles.

Time to Squat! Another part of this class focusses on toning your legs and thighs, as well as strengthen and shaping your glutes.

Remember, it’s not all about the Six Pack, and a nice Booty! Strong Core & Glutes protect your back from injuries, enable a greater range of movement and help you to enhance your posture.

Yin Yoga (Flexibility)

Need to relax Body&Mind? Then this is for you! During this Class we practice a combination of Yin Yoga poses and flexibility exercises, applying moderate stress to the connective tissues: the tendons, fascia, and ligaments with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. What is Yin? Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time: five minutes or longer per pose is very common.

Advantages of Yin Yoga:

Increasing blood circulation in the joints and improve flexibility | Decreases muscle soreness | Improves posture | Relieves stress and reduces anxiety

Zumba is a combination of easy dancing and aerobic moves, together with Latin American and international beats create a great fat burn workout, which you most likely won’t even notice.

You will move and shape the entire body, work on your coordination and endurance.

You will have so much fun shaking it off not realizing that your body is going through an intensive full-body workout.
